  We came at a very unbusy time. The staff seemed nice and was friendly. Greeted us as we came in. There was a bomb pineapple cider on tap. The pool tables were not the best, could use some new balls, but there were plenty and that is what we came for. Happy we got a table, it was very cold with the AC on, but we got used to it. The menu is large and had some good sounding options. We have been here during busy times too and it was a great time. I would recommend giving it a try!

  If I could give less than one star I would. Don't treat people like garbage.
  We just got off of work and came in to play pull tabs and finish the Hawks game.
  
  They have a deal where you spend 75$ in tabs and you get your meal for free. We have played pull tabs many times at Razzles and have always been able to get that deal as long as 75$ or more is spent with no issue. Three of us spent $100 in pull tabs each and because we put in $60 and then $40, they wouldn't honor their meal-deal. They changed the rules and now, apparently you can only play $75 in one bowl all at once to get the promotion. The General Manager refused to give us the deal. We were also berated for saying that the situation was bullshit. The staff was saying F this and F that the whole meal. Anyway, they need some customer service training. Start with the manager.

  Came here last night to do some karaoke and have a couple drinks. The karaoke lady, I wish I knew her name, wasn't good at all. I go to karaoke all the time and she was the worst I have ever seen. She kept going outside leaving the person singing up front alone and when they were done she ran in to announce the next person.
  
  I gave my name to her and put up a song and it took a while but that's fine it was a bit busy. She announced my name wrong and I was like "is that me" and she said yes. Me and my friend finally got our own songs to sing and it was fun. Then I put another song on, and she said my name and that I was next and I went up to ask what song because I put two and she was like "oh I didn't know it was you, let's give someone new a chance". So I was like okay, I'll prob be after the new person.
  
  No. The "new person" was someone that sang 3 times and was with a group that kept going up. The group she literally stayed inside for each time and sang with so I think they were friends.
  
  Not a good experience. I came to sing and drink and I don't appreciate the playing favorites. You should put the songs in order they are given. Not what you want. And not for your friends. I'll go to another place next time and hope I never see this terrible karaoke person again.

  Here's a snap shot of my first 15 mins...
  
  Walk in wait 10 long minutes for a drink at the bar, the restaurant is not busy. The bartender "Angela K." insisted that I give her the hundred dollar bill in my hand to start a tab  and my ID because I didn't have a credit card on me. She was extremely rude and clearly an inexperienced bartender. She offers me a sticky menu, I say I am good for now. Two minutes later I ask for a menu after seeing other good looking food served right aside of me. All the sudden the kitchen was closed and I was unable to order.  Really annoying. Will not be back for her weak pour or her bad attitude. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at this establishment.
  
  One of the bartenders offered me a free shot glass on the way out. I think she saw me writing this review hahaha

  I recently came here for a friend's birthday, she had a few tables booked. It was nice since we got take service and didn't have to brave the over crowded bar. Don't order old fashioned here, they have no idea the drink should not Contain soda water, but other then that I was happy with the service. Decent drinks nothing over the top, good fried bar food, three pool tables, good music and pretty great pricing. It's a great little whole in the wall, worth visiting.
